Grant by John Spicer of the parish of Hethfeld (Sussex) to William Elys and Agnes his wife of Cranebroke (Kent) of a messuage called Southbynne in the parish of Aethfeld aforesaid, bounded on the west by the King's Highway leading to Bibelham up to Maghfeld to the north, on the east by the land of John Pudlond, to the south by the Northdenne. Given at Aethfield on 9 March, 22 Edward IV.
